TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Hotel rooms are subject to availability; verbal confirmation rooms will be blocked (if available) for two days. In case of non-payment of booking advance (which is 50%) the rooms will automatically be released after two days.

2. The itinerary is tentative; the days and timings may be changed depending upon the ferry and boat availability.

3.  All guests who ever going to visit Havelock & Neil Island, whether day trip or overnight trip are required to carry their ID Proofs.

4.  All hotels in Andaman have an early check in time and late checkout is subject to availability.

5. The car provided is only for pick up and drop or as per itinerary any extra usage will be chargeable extra.

6.  All the activities at Andaman begin at a specific time and the car would arrive at the allotted time as informed by our representative. Request you to please be ready at the time allotted.

7.  Any tour cancellation depends upon the weather or natural disorder. We will try our best to provide an alternative tour.

8.  Please note that you are visiting a place which has limited facilities and therefore you may have some inconvenience although we would try our best to make your tour hassle free

9.  Other additional Sightseeing on demand will be on direct payment basis only. 

10.  Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 1200 Hrs. (IST). Therefore, cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.

11 Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.

12 The Company reserves the right to notify you of any increase in price before accepting your booking.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Ø   Any Reservation cancelled before 45 days there will be fully refunded.

Ø Any Reservation cancelled between 30 days there will be 50% refunded.

Ø Any Reservation cancelled between 15 days there will be no refund.

Ø Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).

Ø For the Peak Season X-mas to new year period from 15 Dec to 15 Jan the payment is non-refundable.

Ø The Company regret that no refund will be made on unused tickets where travel, sporting event, Ferry, or other types of ticket, unless a refund can be obtained from the carrier or provider.
